  • What type of equipment is required for online/virtual training?
    All equipment is optional. However I recommend purchasing resistance bands, a jump rope, dumbbells, yoga mat and wifi.
  • What type of equipment is needed to follow the meal plan?
    A digital scale.
  • What will happen if I miss a virtual class?
    Vida records every virtual class. If you aren’t able to attend, she will email you the session for you to complete asynchronously.
  • How will my progress be monitored?
    Every Wednesday morning, Vida will reach out to collect your weigh in number and progress picture. Both data points will be added onto a progress monitoring spreadsheet she creates for each client. The weekly data will be used to track goal progression.
